Future Meetings
It was decided, at the last meeting, that we'd attempt to hold future meetings on the third Monday every other month. All meetings will feature programs to help educate, inform and grow the audio community. Programs will include, facility tours, vendor presentations, workshops with industry professionals, joint meetings with other professional organizations and maybe an occasional swap meet. If you have any suggestions for program ideas or would like to help organize an upcoming meeting please contact the Section Chair, Jay Yeary.

A Message from the Officers
We would like to take a moment to thank those members who have supported the effort to re-organize the Atlanta Section. Atlanta and its surrounding areas, continue to be a major player in the business of sound. Atlanta is home to recording studios, convention centers, concert venues, post production facilities, local and worldwide broadcasting outlets, equipment manufacturers, equipment sales, acoustical and architectural designthe list goes on. Atlanta NEEDS an AES section and support from all facets of the audio industry is necessary to keep it alive. Thanks again for your support as we continue to grow!
National Convention
As you know by now, the AES National Convention in NYC has been postponed due to our national tragedy. The new dates are November 30th thru December 3rd. Our thoughts go out to our fellow AES members and industry professionals in New York who must endure this hardship daily.
