Enjoy this webinar presentation by Hi-Rez Studio’s Audio Director, Andrea Chang. With the pandemic, it has turned many people’s worlds upside down. In this talk, she went over the evolution of the Hi-Rez audio team and the different types of initiatives in hiring and R&D employed to attract and retain talent to their audio team. She also provided an inside perspective on the culture of learning and exploration that the audio team strives to achieve, as well as how their lean audio team is able to support 4+ games all concurrently in development.
