AES Section Meeting Report (AES HQ website)
AES Atlanta visited Standard Electric Recorders for a tour, and then we invited the owner, Damon Moon, to come and speak to AES via Zoom. We learned about his studio, his approach to recording, and his unique “drumbrella” resonance dampener. Then we got a video tour of the studio! We were also treated to a special performance by one of Damon’s emerging dream pop clients, Bathe Alone (www.bathealone.com)
